What to have ready
  • Your logo files, whatever versions you've got
  • Brand guidelines, even a rough one pager
  • Product photos, the highest resolution you have
  • Shopify admin open in another tab, for the collaborator code

We will never ask for a password. Anywhere. Shopify access works through a collaborator code, everything else through invites.

Shopify and domain

This is the only access we need, and it never touches orders or customer data.

It's in your browser address bar when you're in Shopify admin.

How to find it
  1. Shopify admin, then Settings
  2. Users, then the Security tab
  3. Collaborators
  4. Choose "Anyone with a collaborator request code"
  5. Copy the 4 digits and paste them above
