We will never ask for a password. Anywhere. Shopify access works through a collaborator code, everything else through invites.

You and your business
The basics, so we know who we're talking to.
Shopify and domain
This is the only access we need, and it never touches orders or customer data.
It's in your browser address bar when you're in Shopify admin.
- Shopify admin, then Settings
- Users, then the Security tab
- Collaborators
- Choose "Anyone with a collaborator request code"
- Copy the 4 digits and paste them above
Online Store (themes), Products, Navigation, Files. Never orders. Never customer data.
Brand assets
Drop in whatever you've got. Every dropzone here is optional, send what exists.
Vector first: SVG, AI or EPS. PNG on transparent as backup. Every variant you have.
PDF. Even a rough one pager helps.
Highest resolution you have. Originals, not screenshots from Instagram.
Product videos, UGC, B roll. Big files are fine, up to 500MB each.
Zip up anything that doesn't fit above.
